ARM seeks a Tecnical and Administrative Coordinator for the project “Strengthening incentives for formalization and improved environmental and social performance in Artisanal and Small-scale Mining” which have been aproved by the Interamerican Development Bank and will be implemented in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru from 2013 until 2017.
The Project will contain four main components: (i) improving local capacities to support formalization of artisanal and small-scale mining though ARMs Training and Advisory Center, (ii) strengthening incentives for formalization and sustainability in artisanal and small-scale mining, (iii) connecting artisanal and small-scale mining to formal markets, and (iv) dissemination and knowledge management.
Job description: Coordinate all technical and administrative actions aimed at implementing the project through the generation of a project ecosystem characterized by commitment, discipline and excellence. The Tecnical and Administrative Coordinator will report to ARM’s Project Manager and work in coordination with the Executive Director who serves as Project Director.
