The Alliance for Responsible Mining together with our Bolivian partner Cumbre del Sahama organized an international forum on the “Opportunities and challanges for Public Policy in ASM – mining cooperatives in Bolivia”.
The event, which took place in La Paz, Bolivia on 13th of August gave an opportunity to debate the importance of mining cooperatives and to look at economic and social opportunities related to responsible ASM. It was also a great chance for the small scale miners representatives from various parts of Boivia and Latin America to share valuable experiences.
